This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to bookings made through Book Pandit Now (BookPanditNow.com) for pandit, astrology, Vastu, and related ceremonial services in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas.
1. Booking confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed after we receive the agreed advance (or full payment) and send written confirmation on WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Service dates, time slots, and location must be agreed in advance.
2. Customer cancellations
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Advance amount may be refunded after deduction of a reasonable administrative fee (if any), or adjusted toward a future booking, as mutually agreed.
- Within 48 hours of the scheduled service: Advance payment is generally non-refundable because pandit scheduling, travel planning, and samagri arrangements may already be locked.
- No-show / unreachable on the day: No refund applies.
3. Rescheduling
You may request a new date subject to pandit availability. One complimentary reschedule may be offered when requested well in advance; further changes may attract a small fee.
4. Cancellations by Book Pandit Now
If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, or force majeure), we will offer either a full refund of the amount paid for that booking or an alternate date with an equally qualified pandit, at your choice.
5. Refund process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI / bank account) within 7–10 business days after approval. Please share the correct account or UPI details when requested.
6. Partial services & samagri
Charges for samagri, travel, or third-party items already purchased for your ceremony may be non-refundable. Only unused service fees may be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis.
7. Contact for cancellations
Write to us or message on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your booking name, date, and reason. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
This policy is general guidance. Specific terms agreed in writing for a particular booking will prevail.
