Services include (but are not limited to) puja booking, astrology consultation, Vastu consultation, and online / at-home ceremonies as agreed. Exact scope, duration, samagri, and fees will be confirmed before the service.
3. Bookings & payments
- Bookings are subject to availability of a suitable pandit or consultant.
- Advance payment may be required to reserve a date.
- Prices quoted are indicative until confirmed in writing for your specific ceremony.

4. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate address, contact number, and ceremony details
- Ensure a suitable place and basic facilities for the ritual where applicable
- Inform us promptly of any change in date, time, or location
- Treat our pandits and staff with respect
5. Conduct of ceremonies
Rituals follow traditional Vedic / customary practices as agreed. Timings are approximate and may vary slightly based on muhurat, traffic, or ceremony complexity. We strive for punctuality and clear communication.
6. Intellectual property
Website content, logos, and materials on BookPanditNow.com are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide coordination and spiritual service facilitation in good faith. We are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, emergencies), or outcomes of religious / astrological guidance, which are inherently interpretive.
